KitePower: Festival Edition is software for scoring sport kite competitions.

It is designed to be easy to use for organizers, score keepers, and league statisticians before, during, and after the event.
The software is available for free to anyone running a sport kite competition.
It impliments the scoring algorithms established by the International Rule Book Committee (IRBC) and adopted by the American Kitefliers Association, All Japan Sport Kite Association, Sport Team And Competitive Kiting (STACK), and World Sport Kite Championships. The ISK Rules can be found here.

The terms of use are simple:

• Let me know you are using it (or intend to use it) by emailing Darrin at skinner@skinner.com. When I make enhancements, I will then know how to contact you about them.
• Not-for-profit use only.
• Please don't repost the files on your site, blogs, etc. You may post the URL of this page, but let's keep the software in one place (i.e. here) otherwise I'll never be able to support this.
• This software is not freeware nor shareware. Skinner Consulting retains all rights.

Installation Instructions:

1. Download the zip file below by clicking the version number:
   • Version 3.5 released May 6th, 2018
2. Unzip/Uncompress the downloaded file into a new directory of your choice.
3. If you have a previous installation, and need your old database:
   • Copy the kitepwrfest.sqlite file from your old directory into the new directory -- replacing the newly installed one.
4. To run it, double click on kitePwrFest.exe in the new directory.
